Real Estate Development

Nexa Group is a fully integrated real estate development firm focused on thoughtful, sustainable communities, building everything from residential projects to large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments. We manage every phase of the process, from site selection and acquisitions through design coordination, financing, and final execution. Because we control our projects from the ground up, we are able to make decisions with a long-term perspective on value rather than chasing short-term gains. We have the capacity and financial structuring experience to take on ambitious, complex projects while still managing the details that make them succeed. Planning & Entitlements

Navigating zoning, approvals, and the regulatory process is where many projects stall, and it is where our experience makes the biggest difference. We manage entitlements end to end, working directly with municipalities, planning boards, engineers, and agencies to secure the approvals, variances, and permits a project depends on. We know how to present a plan that earns community and regulatory support while protecting the economics of the deal. By handling the approvals process with patience and precision, we keep projects moving forward and reduce the risk and delay that come with a poorly managed entitlement strategy.

Single-Family Homes

We build single-family homes designed for how people actually live, balancing craftsmanship, durability, and value in every home we deliver. From the foundation through framing, systems, and final finishes, we hold a consistent standard of quality and treat each home with the care it deserves. Construction

Construction is at the core of what we do. Nexa Group manages and executes both horizontal and vertical construction, providing a seamless transition from raw land and infrastructure improvements to completed buildings and finished communities. Our horizontal work covers site development, utilities, roads, grading, drainage, and other critical infrastructure, while our vertical work spans foundations, superstructures, interiors, and final finishes. We specialize in complex construction challenges, including deep excavations, foundations in high groundwater conditions, shoring and earth retention systems, soil stabilization, ground improvement, and large-scale earthwork requiring advanced engineering and coordination. By self-performing key scopes and maintaining a hands-on approach throughout, we retain direct control over schedule, budget, quality, and safety, delivering durable, well-built projects that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, performance, and long-term value.
