Trade Contractors
Site work, concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and every trade supporting our multi-family and single-family construction.
Working With Nexa Group
Nexa Group develops and builds residential and mixed-use communities across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, and we manage nearly every phase of that work in-house. That means a steady need for trade contractors, suppliers, and service providers we can count on. If your team delivers quality work on schedule, we want to hear from you.
Who We Work With
From ground-up land development to final finishes, our projects depend on partners who show up, communicate, and hold their numbers.

05
Overseas manufacturers and importers of building materials, fixtures, and finishes - including factories in China, India, Vietnam, and Mexico.
All international and import suppliers go through a verification review - including on-site factory inspections before and during production - before we place any order. This is standard practice for overseas sourcing and helps protect both sides. See how that process works below.
Currently Underway
Most bid opportunities and purchase orders originate on the projects below. Tell us your service area and category, and we'll keep you in mind as scopes open up.
Importers & Overseas Factories
We buy building materials, fixtures, and finishes from manufacturers outside the U.S., including China, India, Vietnam, and Mexico. Because we can't walk the factory floor ourselves, every new international source goes through this review before a purchase order is issued.
Confirming business registration, ownership, and standing in the country of manufacture.
Documentation that products meet applicable U.S. building codes and standards (UL, ASTM, CPSC, and similar as relevant to the material).
Clear terms on Incoterms, customs classification, and whether you or Nexa handles the U.S. import and duties.
We conduct on-site inspections of the factory before a purchase order is issued, and again during production runs to confirm quality before goods ship.
