Project Overview
Completed in 2024, Liberty Square is a landmark mixed-use development in South Kensington, one of Philadelphia's most dynamic and fast-rising neighborhoods. The project brings together 201 residential units, ground-floor retail, and an underground garage with parking for 160 vehicles — all thoughtfully integrated into a single community where living, shopping, and gathering happen side by side. Each residence is designed to feel bright and open, with large glass windows that flood every home with natural light and a private balcony that extends the living space outdoors. The amenities include three fitness centers, multiple rooftop terraces with sweeping neighborhood views, and a swimming pool — everyday luxuries that make Liberty Square as rewarding to come home to as it is to live in.
At the heart of the development is a 25,000-square-foot public plaza, beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, that anchors the community and gives the neighborhood a genuine gathering place.
