Our Story

Founded in 2002, Nexa Group is a fully integrated real estate development and construction firm focused on building thoughtful, lasting communities. We take on projects across the full spectrum, from single-family homes to large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments, and manage them through every phase along the way.

At the heart of Nexa is a team of seasoned real estate professionals with a combined 100 years of experience across site development, construction, finance, and management. That depth lets us move confidently from raw land to finished community and anticipate challenges before they become problems.

What sets us apart is how much we control directly. We stay involved from beginning to end, from site selection, acquisitions, and financing through planning, entitlements, construction, and delivery. That continuity keeps quality, cost, and schedule firmly in our hands and lets us make decisions with a long-term perspective on value. Construction is at our core. We self-perform key scopes and manage both horizontal and vertical work, taking on challenges others shy away from, including deep excavations, foundations in high groundwater conditions, shoring and earth retention, soil stabilization, and large-scale earthwork that demands real engineering.
