Project Overview
The Greenery, is a 105-unit apartment community developed to provide a higher standard of housing near Temple University. From the beginning, the goal was to create a property that felt different from traditional student housing by focusing on quality construction, attractive design, and amenities that residents would genuinely value.
The apartments feature modern layouts, large windows, and well-appointed finishes that create bright, comfortable living spaces. Common areas were designed to be both functional and inviting, giving residents places to relax, study, and socialize outside of their apartments.
One of the property's most unique features is its underground parking garage, which provides secure, off-street parking—a rare amenity in the neighborhood. Combined with the building's thoughtful design and modern conveniences, it offers a level of comfort and practicality not often found in student-oriented housing.
Today, The Greenery remains one of the area's most recognizable apartment communities, known for its quality, convenience, and attention to detail.
